Prakash Mirdha leads the company with a hands-on, field-first leadership style focused on safety, precision, and reliable project execution. He oversees planning and delivery across commercial diving, underwater repair, salvage, and marine support assignments.
Since 2002, he has worked in the Indian Navy and remained continuously engaged in the same marine operations field, bringing over 24 years of experience. This long-standing operational background strengthens his focus on structured coordination, disciplined method statements, and accountable communication from mobilization to handover, ensuring consistent quality under demanding site conditions and strict timelines.
